SHIPPING & POLICIES

We offer free first class USPS shipping on all US orders over $75!  All of our Tula Blue pieces are made, packaged and shipped out by one of our two Texas workshops.  We now have a small (but mighty!) tribe of ladies in Austin, Texas and we will always have our original Tula tribe on North Padre Island in Corpus Christi, TX. Check out our production timeline below for the most up-to-date delivery times.

HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER SHIPS?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all of our orders typically ship within 3 to 5 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking URL via email. We really appreciate your patience while we make your custom pieces! If you need your item by a specific date, please contact us before you place your order to make sure we can make the magic happen.

Our annual (& epic!) 12 Days of Christmas SALE has a different production time.  All orders placed during the 12 Days of Christmas will arrive in time for Christmas Day, many times much sooner.  We work non-stop getting the orders made and out as fast as possible. Some will ship within days, some 12 Days orders might take weeks to ship.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO GET TO ME?

 US Orders: USPS First Class Shipping: 3 to 5 business days

USPS Priority: 2 to 3 business days

International: USPS First Class International: 10 to 14 business days

Transit times do vary depending on the international location. Packages can be delayed if held in customs.

Please consider that you may have to pay your country’s customs taxes for the goods that you receive. Tula Blue is not responsible for paying any customs taxes on international orders. 

Tracking will not always update with international orders. Once it leaves the US and is transferred to a new carrier, we are not able to see tracking details on packages. 

 

 WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING?

For cancellations, order or address changes Please reach out to us ASAP. We often get started on orders immediately & often times your order is already in production the day it is placed.

 

 WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS MISSING?

Still haven’t received your order even though your order status says “Delivered”? Try checking with your neighbors first to make sure the package didn’t get delivered to their house instead. Sometimes, mail carriers leave packages at nearby doors by mistake (oops!). 

Occasionally USPS will mark packages as "Delivered" before they've actually left the package at your address. Typically they show up within 24-48 hours after being marked as "Delivered", so hang tight for a day or two!

If you don’t have any luck there and you still haven't received your package after 48 hours of it being marked as "Delivered", we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue. Just contact us at the “Submit a Request” link below, and send us your name, shipping address, the email used to place your order and your order number. We’ll get back to you ASAP with more details on your package status.

Please make sure to always double check your mailing address on your order to ensure you are shipping to the correct address. Once an order is shipped, we are not able to change the shipping address to have it routed to the correct address. If you notice that your order was accidentally shipped to a wrong address, please contact us immediately and we can update it before your order is shipped out.

 

 WHAT IF PART OF MY ORDER IS MISSING OR WRONG?

Please contact us at your earliest convenience and we will make sure you receive your Tula Blue as soon as possible.

 

 WHAT ABOUT EXCHANGES, RETURNS OR REPAIRS?

Customers can bring any exchange, repair or return to one of our events and we will be happy to help you!  Please see our upcoming event schedule here.  

Alternatively, print, complete and return this form with your Tula Blue and we will be happy to take care of your exchange, return or repair. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with an exchange. The customer is responsible for returning a return. Tula Blue is responsible for shipping any repair back to the customer.  The customer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred for an exchange. 

 

EXCHANGES

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange it, we are happy to accept your unworn item in exchange for store credit or another item in our shop for equal or lesser value, minus the cost of shipping.

Exchanges need to be shipped back to us within 15 days of receiving the package, please contact us as soon as possible for details on how to send your item back. 

We do not accept exchanges on personalized items.

We do not accept exchanges on items created shorter than our standard lengths.

Buyers are responsible for covering shipping cost to send the item back to exchange. Tula Blue will cover the cost of shipping the new exchanged item to the customer.

 

REPAIRS 

If your Tula Blue breaks within 12 months from the day it is purchased, we are happy to repair the item for you free of charge. Just print, complete and return this form with your Tula Blue

If your Tula Blue breaks after the first year, we are happy to repair your item for you at a small fee. Please contact us to set this up.

Our repair warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents, or natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time. Note: dropped stones/shells can break.  Shaved anklets will be cut. 

REPAIR TIME FRAME: Depending on the type of repair we’re doing, repairs can take anywhere from two to three weeks from the day we receive the item. However we are often much faster. If you need updates on your repair, check in with us and we’ll give you an update on its progress.

 

CAN I GET MY ORDER GIFT WRAPPED?

Every piece of Tula Blue arrives in our pretty branded burlap bags, perfect for gift giving!
