How can I earn points?
You can earn points by completing any of these actions: create an account, follow @tula.blue on Insta, leave us a review (even more points if you add a pic!), enter your birthday & by placing an order online. (Local customers: you can now also earn points when you shop at the Tula tent!) See the "Rewards" tab to see more details.
How can I spend my points?
Its very simple! Navigate to the "Earn Rewards" page and just click on the reward you want to redeem under the "Redeem Rewards" section and your discount will automatically be applied to your cart! Some rewards have a minimum order amount, so double check that you have the right amount in your cart to redeem! (Local customers: Points can now also be redeemed at one of our market events.)
How can I participate?
In order to join our Loyalty Rewards program, just click "Create a store account". Once you have an account, you can start earning from your first purchase and all the bonus ways to earn extra points! (Local customers: be sure to give your email when checking out at a local market, as those points now count, too!)
Does my VIP tier reset yearly?
Yes, rewards will expire after 365 days of sitting unused in your account. We will send you an email 14 days prior to their expiration date so that you have plenty of time to spend them if you'd like!
How do I achieve the next VIP tier?
Each tier is reached through earning a specific points milestone. The Tula Tribe is our entry tier. Your first purchase gets you entrolled in our program so you can start earning points! Once you have 1,000 points, you will reach the Explorer tier. At 2,500 points, you will reach the Enthusiast Tier. At 10,000 points, you will reach our Elite tier!

I also shop at in-person Tula events. Do those points count?
Yes! Starting mid-Nov 2024, all of your points (from online purchases and now also in-person purchases at the Tula Tent) will be combined! Your points can also be redeemed online OR in-person at a Tula Blue market event. But be sure you give your email when checking out!
Why am I not in "x" tier even if I have enough points to put me in that tier?
Good question! While our rewards program isn't new, our VIP tier program is. We retroactively awarded points for purchases made in October that will apply to reaching the next tier milestone. But the new VIP tier system will require you to earn points starting November 15 to reach the next VIP tier. Your points will stay in your account and can still be used whenever you want. But the tiers will need to be earned as normal through purchases and bonus point actions from this point on.
