Returns/Exchanges

We want you to absolutely love wearing your Tula Blue so we are more than happy to work with you until we get it right! Customs, Last Chance, Mystery Bags & Gift Cards are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return/exchange. All unworn, unaltered, and unused items can be sent back to Tula Blue within 35 days.

Return/Exchange Requirements for Store Credit:

  1. Complete return/exchange Form within 35 days.
  2. The item(s) is received unworn, unaltered, and undamaged in their original packaging.
  3. The item(s) is mailed back within 14 days of submitting your return/exchange Form.
  4. Secure your Tula Blue in a padded mailer and ship with tracking. Tula Blue is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. (Please do NOT mail in a letter envelope.)

Market/In-Person Event Exchanges

Need to exchange an item you bought at a market? No problem! Simply fill out and follow the instructions on the Repair form below and we'll get you taken care of. All requirements listed above apply, so please attach a copy of your receipt to the form or email it to us (or any questions) at hello@tulabluerope.com.
