All unworn, unaltered, and unused items can be sent back to Tula Blue within 35 days.

Return/Exchange Requirements:

1. Complete return/exchange Form within 35 days.
2. The item(s) is received unworn, unaltered, and undamaged in their original packaging.
3. The item(s) is mailed back within 14 days of submitting your return/exchange Form.
4. Secure your Tula Blue in a PADDED mailer and ship with tracking. *Please do NOT mail in a letter envelope* Tula Blue is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
